We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, carry out and deliver any work you instruct, and keep records relating to that work. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your information to anyone.
Under UK GDPR, we process your information on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (responding to your enquiry and providing a quote), performing a contract where you instruct us, and our legitimate interest in running and administering our business.
Our contact form is provided by Web3Forms, which forwards your enquiry to us by email. Web3Forms keeps a copy of form submissions for up to 30 days before deleting them. Web3Forms operates from India and may process your information outside the UK; these transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Your enquiry and our reply are then held in our email account.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with your request. Where you instruct us to carry out work, we keep records relating to that work for as long as is reasonably necessary, including to meet our legal, insurance and professional obligations. After that, information is securely deleted.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
